中国现阶段的工业品市场营销模式初探

随着中国市场经济的快速发展、科技水平的提高以及中国加入WTO,工业品的市场竞争将更加激烈。对于中国现阶段的工业品来讲,由于行业、企业、产品特点及销售对象不同,各公司的营销策略各有不同,尤其对市场营销模式需要进一步探索。     

Sources, uses, and forms of data in the new product development process

This paper presents qualitative and exploratory research investigating the role that managing knowledge and information plays in new product development (NPD). A set of 20 in-depth interviews uncovered eight basic types of information used throughout the NPD process and three general approaches to managing information needed in the NPD process. Although some exemplary companies seem to do an outstanding job of collecting and disseminating information, the majority of firms struggle. NPD process automation solutions tackle part of the problem, ignoring nonquantitative data forms and the full picture of information use throughout the entire development process.     

Resistance to Trade Liberalization in Unionized Sector

This paper studies the lobbying against trade liberalization by both a firm and a union in the same industry. We find that the relationship between their political activities depends on the effect of political activity by one on the marginal effectiveness of political activity by the other. We also show that, when they are strongly risk-averse and their political activities are strategic complements, trade liberalization is likely to be successful if business is brisk, the foreign firm's production cost is high or the number of union members is small. However, when they are not strongly risk-averse, these results hold reversely.     

Negotiation support using the Graph Model for Conflict Resolution

The Graph Model for Conflict Resolution is a flexible methodology for systematically studying strategic conflicts in the real world, and is therefore a natural tool for negotiation support. The basic definitions underlying the graph model are reviewed, and the techniques for analysis and interpretation are discussed. The modeling and analysis of a case study, an international trade negotiation concerning the export of Canadian softwood lumber to the United States, are used to demonstrate the practical application of the Graph Model for Conflict Resolution as a negotiation support tool. The modeling and analysis is carried out using the GMCR software system. The ability of the Graph Model for Conflict Resolution to provide insights and advice to negotiators is emphasized.     

对商业银行推行客户经理制的探讨

加入WTO后,国外银行业对中国银行业的冲击是全方位的,在个人银行业务领域,首当其冲的就是改革开放20年来日渐壮大的高端客户群和潜力客户群,面对严峻的竞争环境,我国商业银行必须未雨绸缪,从容应对,率先抢占。我们应该清醒的认识到,竞争并不可怕,可怕的是没有明确的市场定位,不了解自己的长处和短处。只有扎扎实实地建立健全客户经理制,才能不断产生新的金融产品,不断满足客户需求,不断适应客户市场的风云变幻,从而取得持续竞争的优势。     

企业管理专业实验教学的实践与探索

通过实验室模拟系统和电子沙盘等实验工具和手段的使用,企业管理专业实验教学活动面临着新要求和新机遇。模拟系统和电子沙盘系统在实验教学中的应用,不仅改善了专业实验教学的条件和环境,也对专业实验教学工作提出了新的更高要求。这些新技术、新环境的应用将极大地改善企业管理专业实验教学的软件资源不足的现实困难,也是传统计算机单机条件下实验环境和实验条件的重要拓展。     

Optimal Emissions Taxation under Imperfect Competition in a Durable Good Industry

This paper investigates optimal emissions taxation under imperfect competition in a durable good industry where products are sold (instead of rented). As a benchmark, attention is paid to the special case of monopoly with exogenously given product durability. In line with previous literature, the optimal emission tax in this benchmark model falls short of marginal damage (underinternalization). Extending the benchmark model either to the case of an oligopolistic market structure and/or to the case of endogenous product durability then provides two cases in which the optimal emission tax overinternalizes marginal damage.     

Bridging inter- and intra-firm boundaries: management of supplier involvement in automobile product development

Outsourcing has become an important strategy for many firms. Yet, firms need to compete with their competitors who also outsource and may share the same suppliers. This article explores how a firm could outperform others in managing the division of labor with a supplier in product development. Drawing on the empirical data collected from the Japanese auto industry, this paper shows that an automaker needs capabilities to coordinate various activities both externally with a supplier and internally within its own organization, in order to gain better component development performance. Overall, the results imply that outsourcing does not work effectively without extensive internal effort. Copyright © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

辽宁省农产品电子商务发展对策分析

文章运用SWOT方法分析了辽宁省农产品电子商务的应用现状，运用SPSS软件进行了电子商务与第一产业关系的实证研究，并在此基础上提出了有针对性的对策建议。     

欠发达地区新农村建设与农村公共产品供给

农村公共产品的供给对欠发达地区新农村建设意义重大，而现阶段欠发达地区农村公共产品供给却存在着供给观念滞后、供给主体单一、城乡之间供给的不公平性以及监督管理体制的缺失等突出问题。如何解决这些问题。主要应从转变观念、引入市场机制和社会力量、建立城乡一体化的公共产品供给体系、创新农村行政管理制度等方面入手。以此推动欠发达地区新农村建设的进程。
